Swimming pool (The pool is open from the Memorial Day weekend through the Labor Day weekend, from 10:00 AM till 9:00 PM.)
All Ashley Park residents are permitted to use the pool, plus no more than four guests per household. This limit may be exceeded only with the prior approval of the . All of the following are prohibited inside the fenced area of the swimming pool: ·
Children under the age of 13 unless accompanied by a
person 16 years or older. ·
Animals, loud radios, and balloons ·
Alcoholic beverages, except at certain sponsored events ·
Running on and diving from the deck and other activities
that could be considered dangerous. All of the following are prohibited in the swimming pools: ·
People with contagious diseases or infections ·
Glass containers of any kind ·
Furniture. Proper swim attire must be worn (no cutoff jeans, etc). Swim diapers
only permitted.

Trash pickup ·
You may not place recycling bins or trash on the curb
till 6:00 PM of the date prior to pickup. ·
You must remove from the curb any bins or other trash
containers by the date of the pickup. For more information go here. |

According to the Declaration of Restrictions referred to here, "Exterior holiday or seasonal event exterior decorations displayed on a residence, attached to landscaping or displayed on the lawn shall remain in place for a maximum of 60 days; and shall not be installed more than 40 days prior to the holiday or seasonal event, and shall be removed within 30 days after the date of the holiday or seasonal event." |

Architectural Review
Committee (ARC) The ARC is a "permanent standing Committee" of the Ashley Park Homes Association, and its membership is appointed by the board of directors. The e-mail address of the ARC is . The duties of the committee are ·
to investigate, review, and establish standards for
construction materials and their acceptability for use in Ashley Park; and ·
to investigate, review, and make
recommendations regarding homeowners' requests for approval of any proposed
construction project or substantial change in the external appearance of an
Ashley Park property. Homeowners are required to submit for approval a description of any proposed construction, repair, replacement or demolition project or any project that would substantially change the exterior appearance of a property in Ashley Park. This includes but is not limited to the following: ·
roof or siding replacement

fence construction or replacement, ·
deck construction or replacement, ·
driveway or sidewalk reconstruction or coating, and ·
