Your volunteer board met on Wednesday October 1^st at Alan’s home: Attending were Alan Felton, Elizabeth Khouri, Mike Ludwig, and Dave Volker

Financial Report

No issues were raised and Elizabeth reports we have modest surplus.

Landscaping

The tree in the 75^th Ct cul de sac has been planted.

The pool roots are due to be taken out in two weeks, and proposals for replacement bushes will be made then.

Pool

Recent Federal Law mandates the installation of drainage safety devices for pools. We are in the process of getting bids but all indications are that the cost will exceed $ 2,200.00.

We will keep you all posted.

ARC

No committee report but just a reminder if you are planning on making any improvements to your home, including painting, please contact the ARC beforehand.

Safety

No committee report.

Social

Alan brought up the possibility of the neighborhood hosting a Halloween event for the little ones. If you are interested in helping please contact Alan.

Website

Mike reports that this project is about 99% complete. He does need to buy new software to complete the project. Once the project is completed the newsletters will be posted on the website.

Newsletter

Besides posting the newsletters on the website we will maintain a list of residents who want to receive a paper copy.

As newsletters or other events are posted on the website we will use signs at the entrances to let everyone know.
